Chown 2022

Chown 2022

From nothing but a long garden of grass, and an old, un-level path around the house perimeter - we turned this more or less blank canvas into a beautiful, rustic outdoor living area. From plans to reality!

Rustic clay paver paths & feature circle piece, Indian sandstone patios, self binding gravel areas, decorative plum slate & a solar powered water feature.

A rotten decking, rotten timber walls, an overgrown lawn and an overgrown dead space at the rear of the garden, transformed into a modern luxury garden.

A premium Italian porcelain patio, rendered and painted walls, stylish lighting, a new all year round useable artificial lawn and a modern batten privacy screen fence, this garden boasts all modern day fashions in the landscaping scene at the moment.

A blank cavas to begin with, as the client previously had a loose gravel outdoor dining area, which had been scraped back, leaving a great base to instantly start transforming the area. A large anthracite Italian porcelain patio, with drainage channel install, as well as a "cosy corner" with tiled walls, a grand set of fully tiled steps, and a 3D tiled feature piece on the wall (the images were taken before the wall surrounding the star piece was rendered & painted).

A garden barely touched since the day it was built roughly 30 years prior. Old, outdated concrete slabs, and not a lot of room, as well as a weed infested, patchy lawn. We turned this garden into a modern dreamscape, using beautiful grey porcelain slabs, bordered with Indian sandstone cobbles, an Indian sandstone dry-stone raised planter, black ice decorative stones, as well as a luscious new lawn. We also updated the path to the front door, making the entrance to the house much more glamourous.
